Settlers set up new settlement outpost east of occupied Jerusalem

A group of Jewish extremist settlers early Sunday set up a new settlement outpost on Jabal al-Muntar in the desert of Jerusalem, east of al-Sawahreh al-Sharqiyeh town, according to a Palestinian source.

The Palestinian Commission to Resist Israeli Wall and Settlement, said in a statement that the settlers, today dawn, erected a number of mobile homes "caravans" and water barrels in the area.

The radical settlers also set up a number of mobile containers, two days ago, east of al-Sawahreh al-Sharqiyeh town, south of Kedar settlement, while the residents and the Bedouins confronted them.
